Mike's Meadow Muffin for March 21 2005

Officially Sprung.

Outside our kitchen window,

in the old crab apple tree,

A robin tries to harmonize,

with the mountain chickadee.

Chee-wit switched a month ago,

to her cheerful Spring time song.

well that red breasted wimp,

just arrived today,

and began to chirp along.
