It was a cold dismal spring,

With frost well into May,

There weren’t much of a summer,

 And it prit’ near froze on Labour Day.

It looks that global warming trend,

Just kind of missed us here.

Do you suppose them glaciers,

and them Ice Caps,

 Might have growed a bit this year? 

With satellites and computers

All them experts can’t keep track,

Half as well as the folks that write,

 The Old Farmers Almanac.

PS  The farmer’s almanac is calling for a harsh winter and they have a far better track record on weather predictions than David Suzuki and Al Gore!
