The, BIG THAW...

They promised us for  Boxing Day,

Finally ambled in this week.

My horse corral’s a mud-hole,

The driveway is a creek.

Of course the trails and pastures,

Are still all ice and crusted snow,

So my ponies just hang around the barn...

Aint  got nowhere else to go.

And I suppose it’s good for the economy,

When they got nothing else to do.

But stimulate the lumber market,

As they chew and chew and chew!
